In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By completing the 62vip registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 62vip platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
2. You have read and accept the 62vip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
4. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes;
5. All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.

62vip reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 62vip, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum. 62vip applies mandatory age verification (KYC) to all accounts and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. 62vip's platform is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Members must be physically located in Indonesia when accessing the platform, to the extent required by applicable law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are under any form of legal guardianship or restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts, you may not register.
4. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 62vip account. Only one account per individual is permitted. An "individual" is defined by a unique combination of full name, date of birth, national identity number (NIK), and registered bank account details.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order that you have applied to your own account or that has been applied administratively by 62vip.
6. Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute and where 62vip has specifically restricted access. 62vip makes no representation that the platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside its operational scope.

62vip reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any account at its sole discretion where eligibility criteria are not satisfied, or where there is reasonable suspicion of misrepresentation.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on 62vip, you must register an account by completing the registration process accessible via the 62vip Login page. The following conditions apply to your account:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, and valid payment account details (bank account or e-wallet) that are registered in your own name. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.
2. Password Security: You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. 62vip will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. 5. Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 62vip reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

62vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All accounts are required to complete identity verification before a first withdrawal is processed, and 62vip may request verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / NIK)
• Indonesian Passport (valid, unexpired)
• Indonesian Driving Licence (SIM A or SIM C)

In addition to identity documents, 62vip may request the following for enhanced due diligence:

• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment account ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account showing your registered name and account number);
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the initial request may result in account restriction or closure. 62vip's KYC obligations exist to protect members from fraud and to prevent underage gambling and money laundering.

All deposits to 62vip are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

1. Accepted Methods: 62vip accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be introduced periodically.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer transactions. Minimum amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Deposit Fees: 62vip does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by a Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
4. Processing Time: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may take longer to confirm.
5. Own Account Only: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source, less any applicable bank processing fees.
6. Deposit Limits: Members may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be decreased below a 24-hour cooling-off period. Increases to limits take effect after 7 days.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and maximum daily withdrawal limit are set at the account tier level and communicated within each Member's account dashboard.
2. KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require a fully approved KYC verification on the account. Withdrawals submitted prior to KYC approval will be queued and released upon successful verification.
3. Own Account Only: Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the identity details on the 62vip account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
4. Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during standard business hours. In cases requiring additional review, withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
5. Withdrawal Fees: 62vip does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Members are responsible for any fees charged by their receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
6. Bonus Wagering: Where a Member's account balance includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement, only the portion of the balance representing real funds (non-bonus deposits and cash winnings from non-bonus play) is available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
7. Withdrawal Review: 62vip reserves the right to conduct additional fraud, AML, or responsible gaming reviews before approving any withdrawal. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to such a review.

62vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Indonesian residents with a fully verified account.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount"). Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.
3. Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Sportsbook bets, slots, live casino, and specialty games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each active promotion are listed in the offer's full terms.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time. A Member must complete or forfeit an existing active bonus before claiming a new one.
5. Bonus Abuse: Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or abuse of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed at 62vip's sole discretion.
6. Right to Withdraw: 62vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited to an account but not yet used at the time of withdrawal may be removed.
7. Seasonal Promotions: 62vip may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions and any additional terms stated at the time of the offer.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 62vip platform:

1. Sportsbook: All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked. 62vip reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or whose results are materially affected by circumstances outside normal sporting competition.
2. Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If any one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs at standard parlay odds. The minimum number of legs required for a mix parlay bet is stated in the sportsbook interface.
3. Live Casino: All live dealer game results are final once the round is closed and the result is announced by the dealer. Any technical disconnection that occurs after a round result has been declared does not entitle the Member to a re-bet or refund.
4. Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are final upon completion of each spin. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available in the individual game information panels.
5. Insufficient Funds: Bets may only be placed if sufficient real funds (or eligible bonus funds, where applicable) are available in the Member's account balance at the time of bet placement. 62vip does not extend credit.
6. Error Resolution: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, a game malfunction, or an erroneous payout, 62vip reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Member's account. 62vip is not liable for winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 62vip platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments for deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Colluding with other Members or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to systematically exploit promotional offers;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the 62vip platform's software or infrastructure;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.

62vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud;
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a Member's bank or payment provider;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10;
• A request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account policy in Clause 4.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting 62vip customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to the Member's verified payment account. Any remaining balance after deduction of any amounts owed to 62vip (including void bonus funds) will be returned to the Member.

62vip is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all Indonesian players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 62vip for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 62vip platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

The 62vip name, logo, and domain are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 62vip's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 62vip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

62vip shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses;
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond 62vip's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a Member's breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Losses arising from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory actions, or pandemics.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

62vip collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

62vip collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

When material changes are made, 62vip will notify registered Members via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification. If a Member objects to any amendment, they must notify 62vip in writing (via the support email) within 14 days of the amendment notice and may close their account. Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 62vip holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and 62vip, the Member should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 62vip's customer support team. 62vip commits to acknowledging all written dispute submissions within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 20 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 62vip's licensing jurisdiction. Indonesian Members acknowledge that by accepting these Terms, they agree to this dispute resolution process as the primary mechanism for resolving platform-related disputes.
